Job Search Database
Offer a 21st century help wanted or candidate database with pictures and video. Attach
a resume in your favorite Word processing program, an electronic photograph, results of a
proficiency test, reference material, even a digital movie of a job interview!
Job Seekers can quickly browse various job classifications by browsing an easy-to-use
category /sub-category tree. Click on a job of interest to get the detailed information.
If they've found the job they're looking for, they simply click on the "Reply"
button to send e-mail to the sponsor.
Employers can find the right candidate by browsing job categories or zeroing in on people using keyword searching. From there they can view candidate photos, read a resume, even view an online job interview. If they've found the man (or woman) they're looking for, they simply click on the "Reply" button to send them private e-mail. Optionally, by using an alias and our private community e-mail, a job candidate can keep his identity secret until the job interview!
Best of all, you can charge users for posting, or even reading ads, in the database.
