Reminder / Calendar

Provide a feature rich calendar system wide to all your users and allow each user to have their own calendar and reminder services. A very powerful tool for user retention and keeping the membership informed.

Global Calendar
Calendar coordinator can create invites and events on the global calendar as well as insert those events into each members calendar. The entire user base can be informed of events. System events and meets are the number one way to insure revenue generating memberships are retained.

Private Calendar
Users can set their own event notifications. An e-glue feature that will keep users returning to your site. Global events propagate to the members calendars.

Invitations
Restrict any mail coming from outside the community and Internet proper. Each event on the calendar that the members create on the private calendar has an option to send invitations to the event.

Reminders
A member can set a reminder automatically forward email coming to his address here to any valid e-mail address. The member’s calendar can set reminders to the email address configured. The email sent includes a link back to the calendar event entry.

Recurring
All event reminders can be set to recur. Reminders can be set to repeat every number of days, weeks, months or years.

Instant Messenger Integration
Calendar reminders are sent to the Instant messenger of the user. Our instant messenger integrates several features of our server including the ability to receive calendar reminder notifications.

Advertising
Events can be links to websites or simply an ad in each member’s calendar. Advertise in the calendar of each user based on key to provide directed advertising to users

Locks and Keys Access control
Allows you to prohibit access to add events as well as reward for using. Offer premium "pay" services, or reverse it to pay/reward user for using the service.
